New stamps

Body & Bone is the tenth set of the Millennium Collection 2000 of Great Britain's Royal Mail. The four stamps were printed in offset by The House of Questa.

Body / The Dome (2nd class)

Constructed on a peninsula in Greenwich, the Dome is the largest structure of its kind in the world, covering 20 acres and capable of housing 13 Albert Halls or two Wembley Stadiums.
Almost as impressive are the two monumental figures which act as the centrepiece of the Body Zone. Leaving through the Body's legs brings visitors to the zone's Explore area where they can view the opportunities and challenges that science, genetics and medicine will bring.

Hampden Park / Glasgow (1st class)

Football is undoubtedly a passion in Scotland and it seems fitting that Hampden Park has been redeveloped for the Millennium.
Hampden Park, which now seats 52,000 spectators, is also becoming a major venue for corporate events and conferences in Glasgow and from November on it will also be the home of the Scottish Football Association.

Bath Spa (45p)

Bath has Britain's only naturally occurring hot springs, which from more than 2,000 years have been used for healing, relaxation and leisure.
A new spa complex is being created on the site of the disused municipal swimming baths. It will use the hot springs both for its bathing waters and also for a sustainable heating system.
The projects unites the past and the present through the restoration of important heritage buildings, including the Cross Bath, where Charles II bathed in 1663.

Centre for life / Newcastle (65p)

The international Centre for life is a £58m landmark project which opened in the summer. It is expected to attract 300,000 visitors a year.
It has five elements: The centre for life visitor experience, the bio-science centre, the institute of human genetics, the superlab education resource centre and the bio-ethics forum.

De beste honderd artikelen uit deze jaren werden opgenomen in zijn nieuwe bundel met 'verzamelwoedes'. Voor 'Verzamelwoede 4' selecteerde Ruud van Capelleveen ook een aantal artikelen over de postzegelhandel die niet eerder werden gepubliceerd. Deze artikelen kunnen beschouwd worden als een aanvulling van zijn succesvolle uitgave 'Postzegels kopen en verkopen'.

Deze bundel bevat honderd columns over postzegels en het verzamelen van filatelistische stukken. Deze columns bestrijken een breed spectrum van de filatelie: naast een groot aantal achtergrondverhalen over basisbegrippen voor postzegelverzamelaars bevat deze bundel ook een aantal stukken waarin Ruud van Capelleveen zijn licht laat schijnen over postzegels, eerstedagenveloppen en allerlei andere onderwerpen die interessant zijn voor de waarachtig geïnteresseerde postzegelverzamelaar.
