Penguins on Postage Due Labels

The Falkland Islands Post Office is delighted to announce the release of a new set of Postage Due Labels, replacing the previous labels released in 1991.
With the increase in mail order items arriving on the islands there is an inevitable need for Postage Due Labels and in particular the higher values, due to the number of packages arriving with insufficient postage.

Ten different penguins

The labels feature a number of different penguins, which convey amusement by the attribution of anthropomorphic characteristics. The unusual interaction of the values with the penguins enhances this effect, so that variously the penguins appear interested in the values, to be skipping down the beach with them and to be using them to surf ashore.
No penguins were harmed in the making of this issue!
